The coaching work of my team and I involves helping people who are “high-performer’s”, “high-achievers” and their family members. We have developed a niche and deep understanding of the common challenges high-performers and high-achievers face that are unique to this group of men and women and therefore we prefer to work with those we know we can help the best.
Simply fill out the information on the contact form and we will be happy to coordinate a time for us to either meet for a 30-minute Zoom or phone consultation. During this initial meeting, you can share with us what you are looking to accomplish in coaching and some of your goals. Once we understand your goals and desires, we can offer you a game plan of what coaching looks like moving forward.
Our fees vary depending on your needs and the services you choose. Once we know more about your situation and your goals, we can provide a quote for the investment in coaching. The best way to do this is to set up an initial consultation. During this time you can advise us of your situation and we will determine how we might best serve you. We offer a variety of coaching packages at different price points, which can be customized to your individual needs.
Our coaches generally work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We reserve the weekends for 1-day & 2-day private coaching intensives.
Yes, most of our work is done virtually. Our clients are geographically located all over the world and working virtually has proven to be a highly effective way to provide coaching services. Research is currently finding that virtual coaching sessions have a higher efficacy rate than in-person sessions, for a number of reasons. For people that want to see a coach in-person, we can schedule 1 & 2 day private intensives.
